Workshops will be coming to Atlanta, GA Raleigh, NC, Bloomington, IN, and Cleveland, OH later this summer and fall.
We are excited about the opportunity to share the message of LEAD...for God's Sake! in a workshop atmosphere where Todd will be teaching in three different sessions.
By going deep into the “heart of hearts” of leadership, The LEAD…for God’s Sake Workshop will not only help you gain a better understanding of what lies at the foundation of your leadership, but will equip you with practical steps to help you build upon that foundation – to become the very BEST leader you were created to be.
Session 1:
Leadership and the Culture of your Team
- Discovering the origin and effects of leadership on your team

Finding the Heart of Your Leadership
- Who are you as a leader and how did you get here?
- Understanding the building blocks of your character in leadership
- WHY do you do what you do?
- Understanding Hatchet, Treasure and Heart motives in leadership
- Finding the real purpose behind your pursuits
Session 3:
Reestablishing the Foundation for your Leadership
- The why of your existence – your primary purpose in life.
- Living on purpose: Prayer – Position – People – Priorities – Passion
- Articulating and committing to your purpose
